You may well be wondering what the heck Bloomin Eck I used to be a Trunkmonkey is all about? Well this is my little slice of Internet heaven whose only aim is to act as a portfolio, as well as a place to share interesting or funny things I find while browsing the web. Who is Mr Zee?

Hmmm, who indeed! Mr Zee is a copywriter turned SEO (Search Engine Optimiser) who actually, really enjoys his job. Working with a diverse range of clients means that getting bored is simply not an option. Currently working on projects ranging from snowboards to cake decorations, Mr Zee enjoys the challenge and still even gets time to write the occasional article or Press Realease.

Who is Mr Zee? (the social side)

When not working Mr Zee likes to spend time with his family, tinker with his car and even roll around town on his BMX. Browsing the Internet for fun as well as rocking the Xbox and Wii with his son for maximum fun factor. With a somewhat unhealthy interest in cars and computers, this website was put together that I could practice and hone my skills in building and maintaining a website.

Android

Okay, I’ve always had a thing for smartphones since I had an Orange E200, many moons ago. Recently I took ownership of a brand new shiney G2 Google Touch phone (HTC Hero) after I originally wanted an iphone but couldn’t justify the high costs.

After playing wiyj it for a couple of days, one of the main bugbears I had was that although Google mail was a breeze to set up, the same couldn’t be said for POP3 and hotmail email accounts. After searching on quite a few Android forums, blogs, etc I finally managed to get things working but for anyone who is looking for a good guide should take a look here: How to set up your POP3 and Hotmail email accounts on an Android or Google Nexus Phone.

Some forums to check out for good range of information and friendly advice are: http://androidforums.com/, and http://www.talkandroid.com/android-forums/. I will add to this list as I find more.

I must say that so far I’m pretty impressed with the functionality of my Hero and the apps market is home to an array of games, apps, widgets, and more. A good article on some great apps can be found here: http://gizmodo.com/5423054/essential-android-apps/.

I will add/update this page as I discover more good, bad, funny and frustrating details about my phone and Android in general so remember to come back again.
